Worst customer service and no remorse for impact on customers

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered this over two months ago, and it still has not arrived. It has been ‘lost in transit' for over a month and customer care still won't do anything about it. I bought a large item prior to my bathroom renovation and it never arrived, leaving me without a shower rail for 6 weeks and my new bathroom floors full of water whenever I shower as I've been hoping it would arrive week to week. Nothing. Next step to get my money back will have to be chargebacks and fraud paperwork as this is no better. Customer care absolutely useless and robotic as well and couldn't care less to help. Don't use this website. I never leave reviews but this experience has been diabolical and a total waste of time, money and energy for me. Do better!

Evidence I was sold not authentic Simoniz soap, that was made to look like a Simoniz product

The following was the case I made to Opentip.com that a Simoniz soap product they sold me was not authentic.
The issue is that I believe the product sent to me was a fake made to look like a Simoniz product. When I look at my electronic receipt emailed to me of which is the only reference I know of showing me the exact product I ordered, and click on the link to the product listed on my receipt, I can confirm that the product photo as well as the product name do not match what I recieved. Here is the link to the product it would state I ordered on my receipt - (I will attach an electronic photo of the reciept in this review)
Note that at that link the product photo on your website says it is -

If you look and compare the photos the name label has many differences. Not only that I noticed diamond shapes on mine I product label on the soap bottle that were not present in the online photo. Even back when I got the product I was suspicious that this was a fake product made to look like a simoniz product, but I did go ahead and use it anyways for a period.
Also noteworthy is on your website the product name you have listed in text does not match the photo either. The name of the product at the link I shared above was "SIMONIZ CS0280004 pH Balanced Liquid Hand Soap" but the photo is of ph balanced hair & body wash. And neither of those match what I got.
Then I called Simoniz and they told me they don't sell to Opentip.com, and after the phonecall I believed the product I had recieved from you was a fake. I can also not find the name of the product you sent me on the Simoniz website - https://www.simoniz.com/industrial-healthcare/janitorial-products/hand-soap-and-skin-care/bulk/
Also I recall not being able to find an exact matching name Safety Data Sheet for the product you sent me, and in the industry I am working in right now the product ingredients are important, as certain soap ingredients can make skin problems concrete workers can get even worse. And I know the company I work for has to watch its budget this time of year. I have come to the conclusion we can no longer use the product you sent me because all evidence would point me to believe it is not a real Simoniz product, and if someone was willing to do this, I do not know if I can trust what the ingredients are. I would recommend you get in touch with whoever is giving you this product, and do not sell it anymore as it for sure caused me time to get this sorted out. I believe a full refund of our purchase would be appropriate, since the product you sent me was not the one I intended to buy.
I do appreciate the willingness to help me out on this.

After making this case I was not refunded after discussion about it with opentip where I shared all the above including additional dialogue, although it was a company I was working for who was due the refund since it was their money that bought it. This could have caused an issue as I was looking for a specific soap product that would not cause serious skin issues when used to wash off cement, and I found the product I recieved and possibly also the simoniz product I was wanting to buy actually contained ingredients that could be harmful in that they would seal cement residue to the skin which would make a cement burn worse. But I actually do not know for sure all the ingredients in the soap product I received.

The item was exactly as described on the website. The shipping was fairly quick. I am pleasantly surprised.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. Want proof? Try calling the provided company phone number, its disconnected. The sizes we received were wrong, and instead of even addressing the issue they basically said too bad. Without even knowing if our company was willing to pay for the corrections. I have asked to be contacted via email several times and it has yet to happen. Based on my experience STAY AWAY.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a Sorbo 3' extension pole from this company. When I pulled it out of the box I noticed it was used and broken. I contacted there customer service representative and I sent back the item as they requested which delivered to there specified location the next day. I called one week later to check on my refund only to be told that they only do refunds on Friday's. Two weeks later they gave me the same story. After three weeks with no refund and no communication from this company, I proceeded to contact my credit card company to request a charge back. Only after I did this did I receive an email from the company stating that they credited my credit card. Looking at there email I noticed that they only partially credited back my card back. This was not a big ticket item, we are talking about $61.62 and they still could not credit me back the full amount. Can you imagine if you ordered and expensive item and something was wrong. So the charge back stays until they refund the full amount. It's not about the money at this point it's about a company being responsible and doing the right thing. I ordered the same part from another company and it arrived perfect with no issues. They answer there phones and were very professional. I normally do not leave reviews but because of the terrible experience I encountered, I felt I needed to inform others.

TERRIBLE COMPANY

I ordered a product on 2/17/21. On 3/1/21 I still had not received it. I looked online and said STILL PENDING. I called company NO ANSWER. On 3/1/21 I cancelled product on Open tip site as well as emailed company cancelling order. They responded via email saying they now sent the product after I cancelled it. On 3/8/21 I received shipment confirmation. So Opentip lied and said it was sent out 2/18/21 then sent out product after I already cancelled it numerous times via their site and via email communication with them. I received email fro Open Tip 3/9/21 saying it was delayed since 2/18/21. Unbelievable!!!! This company will lie and waste your time and play games with you!!!!! I still haven't received product and have wasted much to much time. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT ORDER FROM OPEN TIP!!!!!
